Nina Kickinger

Ms Kickinger holds Master’s degrees in Media Informatics from Technical University of Vienna and in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. She has 20 years of experience in software engineering and designing interactive systems. Her research interests have been focused on facilitating interdisciplinary creation and exchange, as well as on multi-stakeholder governance and science diplomacy. She has been working for international intergovernmental organizations since 2011. Applying technology to benefit humanity and the sustainable development of has been a central motive in her career. At UNOOSA she is responsible for the Space4Water Project (www.space4water.org) which aims at fostering the knowledge exchange between the space and the water sector.
