The inaugural GEO Global Forum 2025 will be a premier global event to inspire all elements of our society – from global leaders to citizens – to harness Earth Intelligence to empower informed and ambitious actions to ensure food security, restore ecosystems, prevent disasters, and confront the triple planetary crisis facing our planet, transforming the Sustainable Development Goals into an achievable reality.
At the heart of the week, GEO-20 Plenary will serve as the event’s centerpiece, where GEO community will mark three key milestones in our journey:
- The inauguration of first GEO Global Forum, launching a dynamic platform for Earth Intelligence
- GEO's 20th anniversary, marking two decades of collaboration, innovation, and impact
- The adoption of the Post-2025 Strategy Implementation Plan that must deliver the ambitious goals of GEO’s Post-2025 Strategy
