Zhang Guangjun

Zhang Guangjun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of the People's Republic of China. He is a graduate of Harbin Institute of Technology, and has previously served as the Vice Governor of Guangdong Provincial People's Government, and Deputy Head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.
