Michele Lazzarini

Michele Lazzarini is a RTDI Project Manager at the European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) providing technical expertise in Earth Observation for security applications. He received a MSc in “Remote Sensing” from University College London, London (UK), and a Ph.D. degree in “Geoinformation” from Tor Vergata University, Rome (I). Before joining SatCen, Dr Lazzarini worked as a Postdoctoral researcher, in the geomatics industry sector and for ESA-ESRIN on technical/scientific activities for products and services related to EO data exploitation. He has a wide experience in R&I Projects from H2020/Horizon Europe and EDF programmes.
