Martha is a Geographic Evaluator at Ecuador’s Military Geographic Institute, President of the Cartography Commission of the IPGH, and co-chair of the Working Group on Strategic Framework and Geospatial Services for Disasters in the Americas. She coordinates GEO Tierra Ecuador and serves as Project Manager of the International Charter Space and Major Disasters, with experience in geospatial analysis, risk management, and leadership of interinstitutional and international cooperation projects.
