Joost Teuben

Joost Teuben MSc, is a Senior Policy Officer Capacity Development at the University of Twente, Faculty of Geoinformation Science and Earth Observation and currently acts as Impact Design Officer at the GEO Secretariat as a part-time secondment. 

Joost Teuben has over 30 years of international experience in designing, implementing and evaluating capacity development interventions, with proven skills on project management, M&E/impact measurement, individual and organizational capacity development, curriculum development and training of trainers. 

He supports the Capacity Development Office of the ITC Faculty Bureau and the GEO Secretariat on impact and capacity development strategies, guidelines & tools and evidence-based impact assessments.
