Jinlong Fan

Jinlong Fan is a senior research scientist with National Satellite Meteorological Center of China Meteorological Administration. He has been actively engaged in GEO since 2005 and used to be GEO SEC export for agriculture SBA. He is an executive committee member of GEOGLAM and leads the GEO Global Agricultural Drought Monitoring initiative. His research interest includes satellite data processing and algorithm development for high level product generation, agricultural monitoring with remote sensing, hydrometeorological disaster monitoring with satellite data.
