Olivier helps relief organizations get the most out of GIS and develops best practices for the global humanitarian GIS community. Prior to joining Esri, he worked at Humanitarian Demining (GICHD) and developed the Information Management System for Mine Action (IMSMA). Before that he contributed at the UN Joint Logistics Centre. In 2002, he helped found MapAction to provide rapid information management and GIS support following a crisis.
