Dr. Jiancheng SHI, Research Professor, National Space Science Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has a long career in remote sensing of Earth's energy and the water cycle, with broad research interests in remote sensing theory and technology. He is a Fellow of IEEE, SPIE, and EMA. He is the co-lead and PoC to the GEO Cold Regions Initiative of the Group of Earth Observations.
