Reappointment of GEO Secretariat Director

Dear GEO Community,

We are pleased to announce that, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, the Executive Committee has approved the re-appointment of Secretariat Director Yana Gevorgyan for a second term: from July 2024 through June 2027. Yana has accepted the offer of reappointment and looks forward to working with ExCom and the GEO Community to begin implementation of the Post-2025 Strategy adopted in Cape Town.
