Florian Franziskakis

Florian Franziskakis holds a Master’s degree in Earth Science as well as a geomatics studies certificate from the University of Geneva. He has been working at the GEO Secretariat since 2019 where is involved in the technical development of the GEO Knowledge Hub, as well with in situ related activities in GEO. Before that, he was working for UN Environment’s Global Resources Information Database (GRID) and Crisis Management Branch for the MapX project as a geospatial analyst, dealing with spatial data infrastructure and data processing on the sustainable use of natural resources.
