Patricia Cummens

Ms Cummens started her career in state government, pioneering early GIS work in Minnesota and New Jersey.  She joined Esri in 1998, where she has been supporting the government teams globally, focusing on understanding emerging government policies and how to apply innovative applications of geospatial technology to support them. She has developed skills to bridge the gap between policy and technology, working with executives in state and federal government, the White House, and US congress to help them understand the value geospatial data and GIS technology bring to data driven decision making and realizing efficient, smart government.
