Joanna Post

Joanna is programme management officer for research and systematic observation and leads the negotiations on this SBSTA agenda item and liaison with the science community. She also leads secretariat support for strengthening ocean-related action and engagement. â€‹

Prior to joining the secretariat, she was communications manager for a number of national and international research and educational programmes in both the UK and Germany. She holds a Ph.D. in environmental science from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
