Tony Milne is a Visiting Professor of Geography and Remote Sensing in the School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and Co-Director of Horizon Geoscience Pty Ltd. From 2013-2017 he was Director of the Australian Cooperative Research Centre for Spatial Information (CRCSI), Radar Research and Applications Facility.
He is a Life Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a Past President of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society . Between 2009 -2016 he was Director of the Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, Globalisation Initiative.
