Phillip Harwood

Phillip Harwood is a senior consultant at Evenflow. He leads the InCASE project, supporting the GEO In Situ strategy, as well as being heavily involved in a wide range of other projects looking at different applications of Earth Observation. His focus is on how cutting-edge research in EO solutions can be transitioned into commercial or publicly operated services meeting key user needs. Prior to joining Evenflow he was a project manager at CGI for over 10 years, where he was responsible for the development of EO-based solutions in fields including food security, oil spill response and storm surge forecasting.
