Washington Otieno

Washington Otieno is a Scientific Officer (Hydrological Observing Systems) at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). He coordinates the activities related to hydrological data management and exchange especially through WMO hydrological Observing System  (WHOS) mainly powered by the DAB and Water Data Explorer.
