Zhichun LIU

Dr. LIU Zhichun is the Deputy Director General of National Remote Sensing Center(NRSCC), Ministry of Science and Technology of the P. R. China (MOST), who is also the deputy director of GEO China Secretariat. Before joining NRSCC, he worked in the Department of High and New Technology of MOST. Dr. Liu holds a doctorate degree of management from Beihang University and has long-term experience in research on innovation system and S&T Projects management.
