Ayeisha Sheldon

Ayeisha Sheldon is a geospatial and remote sensing analyst at the United Nations Satellite Centre (UNOSAT). She is a leadership team member in the Women in Geospatial Network and was named one of #2022 Geospatial World 50 Rising Stars! 

She has a particular interest in humanitarian and sustainable development and believes that innovative digital solutions are an essential contributor to driving development agendas forward. With over five years of professional experience within the geospatial field, Ayeisha has worked within different international and academic organisations. 

Ayeisha is active in the geospatial community, where she is involved in relevant events and conferences. She is part of the the Women in Geospatial network where she plays a role in the leadership team, promoting women within GIS initiatives and building network connections.
