Guangjun Zhang

Zhang Guangjun,

Vice Minister and Member of the CPC(Communist Party of China ) Leading Group of Ministry of Science and Technology of P.R. China. 

He also is a member of the CPC and is an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committees.
Dr Zhang graduated from Tianjin University with a Doctoral degree in engineering. He is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and holds an academic title of Professor.
