Vani Koroisamanunu

Vani has more than 10 years’ experience in the GIS field in Fiji’s public sector with the Ministry of Lands and Mineral Resources, South Australia Water Corporation (SA Water) and with Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources (DEWNR) in Adelaide.

Ms Koroisamanunu is an active member of GIS community in Fiji and the Pacific Geospatial and Remote Sensing Council (PGRSC).  She specializes in GIS mapping work for EIA, mineral exploration, environment management, disaster response, flooding, mining and quarrying, and resource extraction amongst others. Vani recently joined SPREP as an Environment GIS Specialist for the Inform Project.
