Calvince Wara

Calvince is a water resources engineer specializing in hydrology and hydraulics at RCMRD, Kenya. He holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from KU Leuven (Belgium) and a Bachelor degree in Environmental and Bio systems Engineering from University of Nairobi (Kenya). His interests include water resources and hydrological extremes modeling for planning and management decisions. Prior to joining SERVIR-Eastern & Southern Africa, his work focused on research and applications of hydrology and hydraulics to support engineering and water resources planning and management. At SERVIR-Eastern & Southern Africa, he leads the activities on water and hydro-climatic disasters.
