Dr Taylor is a climate scientist at NASA Langley Research Center and a member of NASA’s Earth Radiation Budget Science Project. His research focuses on understanding the multi-scale feedback processes that drive rapid Arctic climate change. Dr. Taylor’s received the 2012 Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers and the 2013 NASA Early Career Award. Dr. Taylor was appointed to the Virginia Climate Change and Resiliency Commission. He also served as a lead author for the US Global Climate Change Research Program’s Climate Science Special Report and was appointed recently appointed to a leadership panel of US CLIVAR.
