Sandra Novoa Luque

Sandra Novoa Luque is a Capacity Development Analyst at the National Service for Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Management in Ecuador.  She has knowledge in urban planning including various programs and projects for integrated disaster risk management. She is a native of Ecuador and graduated with a degree in Social Communication including a Diploma Comprehensive Disaster Risk Management. The National Service has delegated Sandra as a member of GEO DRR Working Group, supporting subgroup 2.
