Assoumane Garba

Holder of two Masters (Science and Economics of Climate Change and Localized Information System for Regional Planning), Mr. ASSOUMANE Garba has 15 years of relevant experience in improving / strengthening the resilience of rural populations to changes climate, cartography and remote sensing. Since 2015, he is a permanent consultant at CIRAD in the field of cartography and remote sensing.

Mr. Assoumane Garba is a National Expert in the Development of National Communications to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Finally, Assoumane Garba is currently Head of GIS and GBD Division at ANGMV.
