Dr Xi Li is a professor working at State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing (LIESMARS), Wuhan University. He got his Ph.D. of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at Wuhan University in 2009. His research interest includes physical modeling of night-time light as well as night-time light remote sensing applications, with more than twenty international journal papers published in this field. He also serves as an editorial board member of International Journal of Remote Sensing and a consultant for Asian Development Bank.
