Collaborative Ecosystem Mapping Drives Action in Africa

Summary:

This event will highlight the contributions of the AFD-funded SBAPP project to ecosystem mapping in Africa and its south-south cooperation model with SANBI's role as a regional center providing technical support to neighboring countries. It will tie this conversation in with how the Global Ecosystems Atlas is integrating and supporting national ecosystem mapping initiatives. The event will conclude with lessons learned and opportunities for collaboration in other regions.
