BON in a Box technical overview

Summary:

The BON in a Box pipeline engine is intended to support indicator reporting using an open-source community-based approach. Scientists who have developed workflows to calculate biodiversity indicators can contribute their workflows as automated analysis pipelines so that they can be run by others to calculate indicators for their country or region of interest. BON in a Box pipelines are modular, language-agnostic, and customizable. By consolidating tools and efforts through an open, community-based approach, we can reach our common goals faster.
