Justin Prosper

Justin Paul Prosper is currently the Director of Climate Science and Data Management in the Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment.  I have more than 20 years of experience working with Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing and Data Management in the Seychelles.  I have worked on numerous local projects pertaining to the use of Earth Observation with both local and international partners and organisations. 

I hold a M.Sc. in Geographical Information Science.
