Caroline Poulsen is passionate about using satellite data to look at the climate. She has 20 years experience working in satellite observations, first at the UK Met. Office and then at Rutherford Appleton laboratory in the UK, where she worked on developing climate quality data sets of aerosol and cloud as part of the ESA Climate Change Initiative project. She has worked with UK government advising on the use of satellite data for Air Quality, and is a member of the AATSR and SLSTR Science Advisory group. Since 2019 she is a senior lecturer at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
