Community Event - High Quality Analysis-Ready Data: The foundation of Earth Intelligence in cryosphere operations
Description
The topics and objectives include: 1) the development of high-quality, analysis ready datasets that support AI-driven analysis, particularly through temporal and spatial gap-filling—assessing their effectiveness and identifying future priorities; 2) establishing standards for high-quality data products on essential variables to meet user needs, and optimizing information services through user-friendly tools that facilitate multi-stakeholder decision-making; and 3) expanding user engagement and strengthening international collaboration under UN action for Cryospheric Sciences. The session will conclude with a discussion aimed at launching an international scientific community to provide high-level guidance for future efforts in this domain.
