Karel Charvát is a Senior Project Manager and geospatial ICT expert with a background in theoretical cybernetics and computer science. He works at Plan4all and has long-term experience in GIS, SDI, Earth Observation, metadata, open data and ICT for agriculture, forestry and rural development. He coordinates OGC Agriculture DWG activities, represents Plan4all in GEO, manages EU research projects and contributes to AI-based geospatial innovation
