Huang Lei is an associate Professor at CBAS. He is the coordinator for SDG13 Climate Action at CBAS, and also in charge of the comprehensive assessment of the SDGs. He has conducted comprehensive assessments of more than 200 SDG indicators in China with big data, and also made global environmental indicators assessment using big data.
