He has developed his career at the Military Geographic Institute of Ecuador, holding leadership positions in geodesy, cartography, and geospatial data management, and currently serves as Geographic Geomatics Director. He specializes in geospatial analysis for planning and decision-making and serves as Ecuador’s alternate representative to the Group on Earth Observations, supporting international cooperation in Earth observation for sustainable development.
