Col. Yoma Baka is the Director General of National Civil Protection Agency - Ministry of Security of Togo. He also serves as the National Focal Point of Togo to United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). He previously served as the Director of Civil Protection at the Ministry of Security and Civil Protection of Togo.
