Gila Loike is a product and program management leader at Google with more than 12 years of experience driving large-scale technology initiatives across research, growth, notifications, and ads. She currently serves as Product Manager for Google Research’s Flood Forecasting team, following several senior leadership roles in program management and gTech Ads. Prior to Google, she spent over a decade at JPMorgan Chase in analytical and operational leadership roles and also worked at Goldman Sachs in market data and software development. A graduate of Yeshiva University, she is known for her strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and ability to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.
