Prof. Guifei Jing obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Peking University and received a Ph.D. from Beijing Normal University. He once served as a lecturer at Peking University and worked at Ministry of Science and Technology of China for 20 years, during which he held position of Deputy Director of National Remote Sensing Center. He joined Beihang University in 2017, where he is mainly responsible for earth observation education and international cooperation.
