Tania Gascon is Project Manager and Technical Coordinator at the Word Meteorological Organization (WMO) engaged with the country support under on Climate Risk and Early Warning System (CREWS). She previously served at the Venezuelan Fluid Mechanics Institute (UCV), where she contributed to the development of methods to anticipate flash floods and debris flood for Vargas states.
