Devis Tuia is Associate Professor at EPFL. He completed his PhD at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. After postdoctoral positions at the University of València, CU Boulder, and EPFL, he became assistant professor at the University of Zurich in 2014 and later chaired the Geo-Information Science and Remote Sensing Laboratory at Wageningen University. Since 2020, he has led the ECEO Lab at EPFL, applying AI to Earth observation.
