Prof. Danang Surya Candra, Ph.D is the National Contact Point for Indonesia for the Group on Earth Observations (GEO) and the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS), at the Indonesian Space Agency (INASA) Secretariat, National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN). He is the Head of the Geo-Data Research Group at the Research Center for Geoinformatics, BRIN, with expertise in remote sensing data processing and applications, artificial intelligence, including machine learning and deep learning.
