Yue Huanyin is a Professor and Director at the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, CAS. He previously served as chief engineer at the CAS UAV Application and Regulation Center and deputy director of Tianjin Zhongke UAV Institute. His research focuses on UAV network observation and 3D mapping. He has led over 20 national and provincial projects, published 60+ papers, holds 20+ patents, and received a 2023 geographic information technology award.
